"Fragmon" - Graph of a function, inspired by the search of a function, continuous on a fixed interval and monotonic on no interval. If one repeated calculations for an infinite time, would this function match the previous description?

Watch the Mandelbrot set appear, taking your mouse on the grey picture. That is not to make the program fun or whatever, but it is a good way I found to point the computer's calculations on interesting regions only.
